At Ledyard High School, a 16,000 square foot Agri-Science wing with its own entrance and greenhouses was added. The wing consists of spaces for four departments: bio-tech, aquaculture, plant science and animal science. Each department has a classroom space connected to a lab space. The additions also included a 10,000 square foot media center. The old library was combined with the old cafeteria, allowing for larger lunch services.

30,000 square feet of interior renovation included:
Shops; computer lab; auditorium; cafeteria and nurses offices.

Site work included:
Entry drive; parking; fields; tennis courts.

Utility work included:
New electrical and new water service.
