Mark Welch successfully passed the exam and is licensed as a Building Official in the State of Connecticut

                                                                                                 Mark Welch in conjunction with 'TO Design' was given a Merit Award by the American Society of Landscape Architects Connecticut Chapter for the design of the outdoor living environment at the Child Development Center, Naugatuck Valley Community College
